Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund, using the original method of payment. 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order the next standard business day (except for pre-orders) from the date of your order. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed two weeks prior to Christmas.

​For multiple orders and/or orders with different billing and shipping addresses, TuxMat Inc. reserves the right to delay the processing of the order until acceptable contact with the buyer and verification of all order details are confirmed.

Free Shipping Policy

At TuxMat, we offer free shipping to customers across Canada, we will stand by our free shipping policy as long as we are able to break even. 

In some extreme cases, when shipping cost is simply too much for us to cover, we will notify you with proof of the shipping rate and refund the total amount of your order (using the original method of payment) or we may ask you to cover a portion of the shipping cost, whichever you prefer.

Return Policy

It's important to us that you're happy with your TuxMat purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost if there were quality related issues. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. ​Upon receiving the returned item, we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment; simply fill out a Return Request Form.

Instant Rebate Program

These rebates only apply for full set purchases, all mats within the same order will be delivered to the same destination address. In the event of a return, if not all sets are returned, the difference between the total amount paid and the price of remaining sets without the rebate will be refunded.
For example, if the total amount paid for two sets was $494.71 ($228.9 x 2 - $20, then plus HST), the refund for returning one set will be $236.05 ($494.71 - $228.9 x HST).

Warranty

For a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, TuxMat Inc. warrants that our products will be free from any defects in material and manufacturing for the original purchaser and the original vehicle our products were installed in. This warranty excludes wear and tear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation etc.
